How Your Order Will Be Shipped
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. You can choose which carrier to use, but we reserve the right to change carriers as long as it does not increase the shipping cost to you. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
Address verification is a precautionary measure the SculptingStudio.com performs to ensure your safety and deter fraudulent activity. The nature of online shopping does not permit us to request a traditional form of identification, such as a driver's license, like a standard brick & mortar store. We instead conduct address verification through your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identify and verify the validity of your purchase, ultimately protecting your credit and privacy.
If you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address. Please allow an extra day to verify any alternate ship-to address.
Both your billing and shipping addresses must be verified before an order will ship. If you encounter any trouble when attempting to add an alternate shipping address, let the card issuer know that you are placing an online order and that the retailer must verify your shipping address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraud. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, your order will be shipped to your verified billing address.
Orders with the same billing and shipping address are more likely to ship same-day.
You pay what we pay. Shipping cost are based on the shipping rates of the carrier you choose. Our shopping cart shows your shipping cost based on your zip/postal code and country.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. SculptingStudio.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
We Ship Worldwide
Email us for shipping cost and estimated delivery time for orders outside the United States.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state of business. Therefore all orders shipping within Washington will be charged applicable sales tax rate.
SculptingStudio.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your SculptingStudio.com ID once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than product shipping damage.
- To ensure that your return or exchange is processed promptly and accurately you must first call Unbridled, LLC at 888-643-9423, or email us. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item(s). Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RMA # will be refused or forfeited.

- Be sure to clearly label your items with the information provided to you by the customer service representative.
- There is a 20% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product shipping damage.
- Once your package is shipped, the shipping and handling charge is not refundable unless there is a product shipping damage.
- Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damage. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damage beyond this point.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from when you receive you shipment.
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY US. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
- We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within three (3) days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is shipped prior to cancellation, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Promo or Coupon Codes
SculptingStudio.com will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our website. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the SculptingStudio.com website or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo or Coupon Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary Rush Order processing. The provisions for a Promo or Coupon Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo or Coupon Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo or Coupon Code offered $5.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $5.00 to redeem your discount.
SculptingStudio.com, like other e-tailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. SculptingStudio.com does not conduct product testing before shipping any merchandise.
