Thank you for your interest in the Powercrafter air turbine tool. If you are new to high-speed air turbine tools, you will be surprised by what you have been missing. The Powercrafter air turbine tool is designed to give you everything you always wanted from your tool. The Powercrafter runs smoothly, giving your more control and precision. Most electric motor tools and air rotary tools are bulky and hard to control. They vibrate and give off a lot of heat. The Powercrafter is the size of a large writing pen. It gives off no heat and no vibration. Other electric and air rotary tools like Dremel® or Foredom® can only turn up to 30,000-50,000 rpm. Even with a flex shaft or pencil grinder attachment, these tools do not even come close to the precise control the Powercrafter can deliver. The unique formula of the Powercrafter is the ultra high speed of 400,000 rpm. You no longer have any surface limitation. All woods, bone, marble and other stones, glass, ceramics, all metals, both precious and hardened, and even delicate eggshell can be sculpted like writing with a pen.

Powercrafter warrants the Powercrafter tool to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This tool is slightly used and works great.

Disclosure, while the manufacturer of the Powercrafter states the carver runs at 400,000 RPM, out testing showed maximum of 284,000 RPM at 45 PSI, 1.17 CFM air consumption. This is due to the design using a single air port driving the turbine. We recommend you review our 7 carver side-by-side comparison here. Still, the Powercrafter is a good reliable carving tool that will last for many years.
